Septic Tank Evaluation
- Inspection and Evaluation for the proper function septic tank and leach field as it was intended.
- Inspection of the inside if septic tank if access is available
- Obtain documentation of DEQ paper work on septic system installation if available.
- Detailed A&D Well & Septic Evaluation Report with photos to document areas of concern and/or the proper function of the well and septic system as its intended use.
- This report is what the Underwriters require for closing.
