Inspector you can hire. If he doesn't have 20 plus years of hands on
construction experience then find someone who does.
#2. Just because he has an Oklahoma Home Inspector License doesn't mean he knows what he is doing.
#3. Anyone can take a 2 week Vo-Tech class on how to pass the test. It's an easy test.
#4. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
#5. Anyone can post misleading qualifications on their website.

Ask the Home Inspector Questions, listen to what he is saying and
determine for yourself if he has the experience and knowledge to help
you with one of the most important decisions of your life.

Home Inspection Fees
A
single family home inspection under 2000 Sq. Ft. requires 2 to 3 hours,
or more on site, the report and photo editing compiled back at the
office takes another 2 to 4 hours to complete. This is why
only one home inspection is book in a day.
A & D will
provide to you a Premium professionally generated inspection
report containing color photos. The observed conditions are plainly
stated and the report is customized for each property inspected. My goal
is to assist with your real estate transaction by providing accurate
information.
Fees are based on house size, style, age,
location and type of structure. Aside from my years of experience and
background, I spend time and money improving my inspection skills on a
regular basis. THIS TRANSLATES INTO YOUR BENEFIT.

Home Inspection Reports
All Premium Inspections include: We
use the HomeGauge computerized home inspection reporting system. This
means our reports are available to our Customers and their agents on the
Internet as soon as the report is completed.
To view and print these reports on the internet all that is needed is
your web browser. There is no plug-in required or any other kind of
reader needed.
You will be emailed a link to view the report with a user name and password.
This email only contains a link to the report and does not have any
attachments. This means you do not need to download large email
attachments and you do not need to worry about email viruses.
