When you hire a home inspector you want the most qualified Home
Inspector you can hire. If he doesn't have 20 plus years of hands on
construction experience then find someone who does.
#2. Just because he has an Oklahoma Home Inspector License doesn't mean he knows what he is doing.
#3. Anyone can take a 2 week Vo-Tech class on how to pass the test.
#4. NO EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN AN OKLAHOMA HOME INSPECTOR LICENSE
#5. Always look at sample reports.

Ask the Home Inspector Questions, listen to what he is saying and
determine for yourself if he has the experience and knowledge to help
you with one of the most important decisions of your life.
#7. Not all Home Inspectors are the same.
